During the 3 weeks we will discuss amd/or practice:

Alternative positions to work on tummy time for those babies that may get frustrated on their belly
What toys are appropriate at this age and how to utilize these within play and daily life
How to build early language skills
Strategies for soothing
Introduction of infant massage by certified educator of infant massage
Development of your baby’s senses and how these link to learning and play
Screening for head preference or flattening of head
You will also have the opportunity to ask questions and receive guidance from the therapists leading the class, as well as from other parents who are attending.
The therapists leading these classes have a wealth of experience and knowledge, and they know how to keep things light and entertaining.
You will leave these classes feeling more confident in your parenting abilities, but you'll also have a group of like-minded parents to connect with and share your experiences.
Come as you are. Get out of the house. Talk to other adults. Drink coffee with us and ask us anything.
