About Sarah
Sarah Laryea is an Occupational Therapist (OT) and Certified Educator of Infant Massage (CEIM) with over a decade of experience working with young children. Sarah believes in the importance of professional development and program development and incorporating these into her employment. Sarah has spent the bulk of her career working in both early childhood development (0-3), and hospital settings for babies born prematurely. Her career has afforded her the opportunity to address many areas including: hypotonia, hypertonia, sensory modulation disorders, motor planning, difficulty with feeding, and movement disorders. Sarah holds an M.S. in Occupational Therapy from Virginia Commonwealth University, B.S. in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University. Sarah is a wife and mother of two and strongly believes that idea prevention and early intervention is paramount, and that this knowledge needs to be shared. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, running, drinking coffee, anything near the water, messy play with her kids, and trying new restaurants.
